Shipping policy
Free standard shipping within Australia for any orders over $99. Any orders below that value will incur a $8.00 shipping and handling fee.
We offer delivery to any Australian address via the Australia Post Parcel service and/or Sendle. Australia Post and Sendle deliver to:
PO Box or street addresses, Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
International Shipping
We offer delivery to any international address via the Australia Post Parcel service and/or Sendle for any purchase. The shipping rate will be calculated based on weight and location and added to the purchase order due to higher shipping fee's and potential customs charges. Australia Post and Sendle deliver to PO Box or street addresses, Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
General information
Though we usually send orders within 1 - 3 business days but please note that orders could take an extra 3-4 days to ship due to disruptions out of our control. Please factor in a few extra days than normal to receive your order. Please be assured that you will receive an email containing your shipments tracking number within 10 days.
Return Policy
At WBC, we don't set a time limit on returns and exchanges, however, we do ask that returns for size or colour be made in a timely manner and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached. That way, we can find your item a new home and get it back out on its next adventure.

Please note that we do not offer any exchanges or returns on sale/custom items.
